Affordable care for EVERYONE!!!

 

Annual Membership Plan:

Our membership plan is $225/year. The cost of each visit is $35, regardless of visit type or duration. Additionally we are able to offer reasonably priced labs and supply fees to keep prices fair. Children, on the same plan as a parent are $150/year and $35/visit.

 

Non Member Plan/Pricing:

Our non-membership fee for a visit is $75. Non-members still enjoy the same fair pricing for labs fees and medical supplies  The same quality care is provided for any visit type including disease management, well care, or sick visits.

 

Weight loss Management Pricing: 

High quality compounded GLP-1s (semaglutide & tirzepatide) are available for a low cost!!! No membership is required and pay only $50 per visit plus the cost of medication.  We also offer peptide injections for improved weight loss and muscle building!
